2016 Goals

For probably the first time I’ve decided to set annual goals for 2016. And here they are!

BGL

As a diabetic I should monitor my Blood Glucose Level (BGL) to ensure they fall within a specified target range. This has been a real battle during the past twelve months. I must do a better job controlling my BGL to help achieve a healthier life. Therefore I set the following targets:

  • 31st March - 30% of readings are within target range
  • 30th June - 50% of readings are within target range
  • 30th September - 60% of readings are within target range
  • 31st December - 70% of readings are within target range

Weight

Losing weight will help my BGL.

  • Record my weight every Friday morning
  • Lose 2kg per month

Weekly Reviews & Planning

Weekly reviews & planning will:

  • Help me feel in control
  • Help keep me productive
  • Help keep me on track for monthly & annual goals

These reviews will be completed on a nominated day each week. First I will trail Friday’s for weekly reviews & planning.

Monthly Goal Setting

Monthly reviews & goal setting will:

  • Help me feel in control
  • Help keep me productive
  • Help keep me on track for annual goals

These reviews will be completed before the 1st Friday of each month.

Monthly Recurring Income

When I stopped regular contracting the goal was to develop monthly recurring income. While I’ve worked towards that in 2015 I have not yet release a product. That must change in 2016 and I have the following monthly recurring income targets:

  1. 30th June $250
  2. 31st December $1,000
